Service Restored at 10:17 a.m.: UIS has reported that affected UIS systems, including Nelnet, OAO, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related applications are again available and accessible for users.
Service Issue Reported at 9:45 a.m.: University Information Systems (UIS) has reported that there are technical issues with several UIS systems, including the Nelnet system that provides CU bill and pay functionality, OAO and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. As a result, the accessibility or use of these systems may be impacted, along with related UIS systems, such as the ISIS student information system, campus portals (e.g., MyCUInfo) and the PeopleSoft HR and Finance applications. UIS is investigating the situation, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
