Office 365 - Outlook for iOS Configuration

Overview

The following instructions step through the process of configuring your Office 365 email account in the Outlook for Apple iOS app.

*Note: The screenshots for this tutorial are taken using an iPhone, but the steps are identical for iPad.

Step 1

To get started, download the Outlook for iOS app from the Apple App Store. The first time you use the app, it will bring up the Add Account page automatically. Enter your CULoginName@colorado.edu in the Email field (not first.last@colorado.edu), then tap Add Account.

Step 2

Enter your IdentiKey password in the Password field, then tap Sign in.

Step 3

The app will give you the option to sign in to additional accounts. Select Maybe Later to finish logging in.

Step 4

Your inbox will be displayed. Click the menu icon in the top left corner to see account options, switch between mailboxes or to add another account. 

Step 5

Select the Mailbox + icon to add another account, or select the gear at the bottom of the screen to adjust Outlook settings. 

Step 6

From the Settings menu you can add accounts, or select accounts already configured to adjust or delete them.
