The following instructions step through the process of configuring your Office 365 Exchange Online account with Android 4.x and Kindle devices. Due to the many Android versions, screenshots may vary from your device; however, steps should remain the same.
*Note: For the best mobile email experience, we recommend that you install the Outlook for Android application.
Tap the Main Menu icon.
In the Accounts section, tap Add Account.
Tap Corporate or Exchange depending on Android version.
A Remote Security Administration prompt will appear. Tap OK.
As soon as your phone verifies the server settings, the Account Options page displays. Select the options for how you want to receive your mail, and then tap Next.
Your email account will setup. Enter different name for the account, if desired, then tap Next.
If an Activate device administrator? prompt appears, tap Activate.
To access the account in the future, open the Email application (accessible through the Main Menu).
