The following tutorial demonstrates the process of accessing data for students who have been unenrolled or withdrawn from a course. This information is especially useful for viewing the data for student attendance and participation in a course. The registrar may require the last date of attendance for students with "F grades" when uploading grades at the end of a semester. Log into your desired course and from the Communication drop-down menu, click on Classlist.
Click on the Enrollment Statistics icon.
The Report tab will display two sections, Summary and Withdrawals.
The Grades overview page will open. This page allows you to see the overall grades for the withdrawn student.
From the drop-down menu next to the student's name click Preview.
The Grades preview will open. This page is useful for viewing all grades and comments throughout the semester.
Back on the Grades overview page from the drop-down menu next to the student's name click Event Log.
The User Grades Event Log page will open. This page allows you to view the user Event Log.
*Note: This page may be especially useful when reporting grades to the registrar's office.
The Attendance overview page will open. This page allows you to see overall attendance for the withdrawn student.
To view attendance for a specific register, click on the desired register in the Register Name menu.
The Attendance Data page for the register will open. This page will allow you to view the specific attendance for the register you selected.
