D2L - Change Teaching Assistant's Role

Overview

The documentation below demonstrates the process to change the Teaching Assistants (TAs) role within your course.

Step 1

Log into your D2L course.

Step 2

From the Communication drop-down, select Classlist.

*Note: If you have a custom navigation bar, you can access the Classlist from the Edit Course page.

Step 3

Click the All tab.

Step 4

Enter the name of the Teaching Assistant whose role you would like to change in the Search For field.

Step 5

Check the box next to the TA's name, then click Enrollment.

Step 6

From the New Role drop-down menu, select the Teaching Assistant role you wish to assign.

Step 7

Click Save.

Step 8

To change the role of additional TA’s, repeat the steps above starting at step 4.
