Caller ID

The CU Boulder campus default is to have outgoing Caller ID activated on all phones provided by OIT. If you need to change your phone's outgoing caller ID preference, contact your Telecommunications Liaison.

Dialing Tips

If you are dialing an on-campus number from a campus phone, you only need to dial the last five digits. University offices are 5-xxxx or 2-xxxx.

You must dial an 8 before any off-campus phone number. From campus lobby phones, you must dial 7 first.

Making Voice/Data Requests

If you need to request new phone service or make changes to existing service, please visit the Voice/Data Service Request form. Requests involving the need to find office jack/port information should begin using the Jack/Port lookup tool.
