How do I get a account?

When you log into for the first time, an account will be automatically created for you. Go to and log in using your IdentiKey username and password.

*Note: Because uses CU Boulder's Federated Identity Service, when logging in you may be prompted to verify the information on your Digital ID card. For more information, visit the Federated Identity Service page.

Can I access via MyCUinfo?

Yes, faculty, staff, and students may access the CU Boulder instance of from MyCUinfo.

I recently purchased a personal subscription. Can I get a refund?

If you already have an account, you can transfer your content and cancel your monthly subscription. If you have an individual annual subscription, contact support at (888) 335-9632.

I am no longer an affiliate of the University of Colorado Boulder Campus, may I continue to maintain my account? is extended to active CU Boulder faculty, staff, students, and affiliates with an active IdentiKey. This includes those with an affiliation on the CU Boulder Campus of Student, Staff, Officer/Professional, Faculty, POI, Auditors and Sponsored, however, a subscription can be acquired for a fee. Information about subscriptions can be found on the website.

*Note: When setting up your subscription you will need to use an email address other than your email address.

Do I need to be on campus to access courses?

No. All materials are available from both on-campus and off-campus.

Can I use with a mobile device?

Yes, is available on Android and iOS mobile devices, and you can sync accounts across all devices used. Visit the Help page for more information.

How do I login to the App?

Refer to Help for specific information about logging in to different apps. Be sure to log in under CU Boulder's instance by doing the following: 

  • After opening the app, select Already a member
  • Click the Organization tab
  • Scroll down to the Web Portal section and enter
  • Click the Login button
  • You will be routed to the University of Colorado Federated Identity page where you will be directed to enter your IdentiKey credentials.
  • After logging in, the app will open your home page.
What happens to my records and account when I no longer have an affiliation of faculty, student, or staff?

A user who leaves CU Boulder and no longer has an affiliation of faculty, staff, or student will not be able to log into using their CU Boulder account. They can, however, call's Customer Service (888-335-9632) and ask to have their usage history transferred into a new account they sign up for (and presumably pay for) on their own.

What are the system requirements for using

To watch videos on you must be connected to the Internet. recommends a 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi connection for optimal mobile viewing. A complete accounting of system requirements can be found on the website.

What browsers does Support?

On desktop, supports current versions of Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Opera.

On mobile, supports the current and previous major releases of Chrome, Safari, and Android.

Is there a way to adjust the course content to an alternative Language then English? content is only offered in English. Most courses have transcripts and those maybe copied to google translate or similar applications.
