D2L Help, Training, and Assistance

We offer extensive resources to support your use of D2L including information and learning opportunities via multiple formats and modes to help you develop and manage your D2L course.

  • Quick Start Guides, tutorials, and step-by-step instructions are available on OIT's D2L service area.
  • Learning Technology Consultants (LTCs) are available to provide pedagogical guidance as well as technical assistance with D2L. LTCs offer custom D2L workshops for departments, programs, and schools as well as 1:1 consultation via phone, email, or in-person. Make arrangements to speak with an LTC by emailing help@colorado.edu or calling 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus phone).
  • The self-paced course Learning D2L - Resources, Tutorials, Videos is a library of materials available in your list of courses in D2L.
  • BYOC: Gradebook Drop-In Support: This one-hour drop-in support session is for instructors who would like to get individual assistance with Gradebook in D2L or Canvas. We can help you with general Gradebook settings, grade item calculation settings, final grade calculation, and any other questions you might have about grading in Canvas or D2L. Learning Technology Consultants will be available during the session to provide assistance. All sessions will be held in TLC 215 as well as online via Zoom.
