Encryption Software - Windows Whole Disk Encryption

Overview

Available for both 32 and 64-bit Windows systems.

Before You Begin

  1. In order to install PGP desktop you must log in with a "local admin account".
  2. Your AD password (which PGP uses) is the same as your IdentiKey.
  3. Encryption can take a long time depending on your disk size, from several minutes to several hours. Make sure your computer will have adequate time to perform this task uninterrupted.

Note: Microsoft Surfce Pro 4 should not use PGP encyption software, as you will receive a blue screen error.
