Exchange provides distribution list capability for Exchange customers. It does this through the use of Active Directory groups and access is managed using Grouper.

Exchange distributions lists are provided as common-good services to the campus which means there is no direct cost to list owners or members of lists.
Faculty, staff and student employees with Exchange accounts.
Submit the Exchange Distribution List Request form on OIT Messaging and Collaboration's Request Portal (Please note: To access the Request Portal, you must use VPN or be on a CU Network). This form can be submitted by faculty and staff only. Students and other affiliates should contact the IT Service Center for assistance.
