Learning Spaces Technology Classroom Standards Equipment List

The Learning Spaces Technology team ensures that CU Boulder’s collaboration, conference, teaching and learning spaces are equipped with current technology relevant to supporting the academic mission of the university. These spaces contain technology relevant to their function and complement the teaching mission, provide a common user experience, as well as evolve over time as the requirements of teaching and learning change and technology advances. Support operations are a key element of ensuring the successful use of these spaces for faculty, staff and students. To ensure the commonality and interoperability of systems as well as to ensure robust timely support, the following equipment list has been established. Using equipment on this list as spaces are designed and equipment is purchased helps to ensure OIT AV standards are met, enabling a common user experience across supported technology equipped  environments while providing systems that are supportable at scale.

OIT maintains these standards and updates equipment types and manufacturers as changes occur, and at a minimum, all equipment is reviewed annually.
