Student Success Analytics Tools

Student Success Analytics Tools

Using an analytics model specific to CU Boulder, Civitas Learning tools quantify the likelihood of CU Boulder student persistence to the next term. Our models uses up to 10 years of historical data from Campus Solutions and Canvas to power a suite of tools that allows you to investigate persistence from a variety of perspectives.

It is impossible to know whether an individual student will or will not persist into the next term, or how any support intervention may influence their decision. But when used according to the guiding principles described below, the Civitas Learning models, with their current efficacy, provide substantial value to academic units and their students.

  • Do no harm
  • Foster personal connections
  • Promote collaboration within and across units
  • Move from deliberation to deliberate action

You can choose to use these tools directly or consult with our team for your data analytics needs.
