The ATDT assists campus administrators and faculty both in framing questions that data analytics tools can help answer and in understanding how to interpret the output from those tools. This collaboration helps them to create work processes and to consider their cultures when integrating data analytics into their work.
We have professionals with a variety of experience in quantitative and qualitative methods. We employ both in helping administrators and faculty understand what might be involved in improving the lives of our students.
Currently, we are working with Civitas’ Illume and Impact to better understand how they might be used across campus to identify students who might need additional academic assistance.
