The ATDT has two Departmental Action Team (DAT) facilitators on our team. They guide groups of faculty, staff, and students in creating a sustainable change to improve undergraduate education. They guide team members in becoming change agents as they shift departmental structure and culture. These DAT facilitators are supported by a larger project team with expertise in STEM education, facilitation, organizational culture, and educational research.
Having the DAT facilitators as part of the ATDT helps them stay in touch with teaching and technology initiatives across the campus, and it helps the ATDT better understand the dynamics involved in helping a department change.
