"Authentication Failed" error message
- Issue: Screen reader function on Windows may result in Cisco AnyConnect returning an authentication error.

Authentication error when using hardware keys
- Issue: Users who only have a hardware key configured in Duo (e.g. Yubikey, Apple Touch ID, Windows Hello, etc.) will be presented with a bypass code option when attempting to connect to VPN.
- Workaround: Instead of using a hardware key, use mobile push or text message to authenticate. Visit the Duo multi-factor authentication page for more information or the manage devices tutorial to learn how to check your current device options.
