With CU Boulder’s operational changes in response to COVID-19, IT Service Center staff are now supporting the campus community from remote locations. While the IT Service Center will be offering phone support via 303-735-4357, callers may experience longer than average wait times due to reduced capabilities for phone support. OIT recommends sending an email to email@example.com for support when possible.
Next week, the IT Service Center will be open Monday, March 23 through Thursday, March 26, 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. The IT Service Center will be closed Friday, March 27.
On March 30, the IT Service Center returns to normal business hours, 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
