Springtime is a time of renewal when many of us start a new exercise routine or go on a home cleaning spree. Springtime is a good time to renew your computer, too.
Without regular maintenance, our computers can accumulate files and processes that slow them down over time. Malware, accumulated from everyday web surfing, can not only slow down your computer, but also compromise personal information.
The Buff Techs Desktop Support service has the tools to help renew your computer and give it new life. They can help troubleshoot problems you are experiencing and run diagnostic programs to pinpoint problems that should be addressed. Their tools can also help to remove malware and may help prevent it from infecting your computer in the first place. And if your file management has gotten out of control, desktop support technicians can help you migrate to an external storage solution like Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
Dedicated Desktop Support customers get these services automatically, but if you have questions, please contact your tech through the DDS Support Portal. Those who aren’t customers of Dedicated Desktop Support can get desktop support services through Buff Techs walk-in centers located throughout campus.
