Starting March 16, the IT Service Center will eliminate weekend hours except for during peak periods around the start of classes and other busy times of the year. The reduction of weekend hours is based on historical data that showed very few people contacted the Service Center on weekends. This reduction of hours will allow the Service Center to prioritize their personnel resources on times of the year when IT support needs are at their highest.
The IT Service Center provides help for all OIT services including email, IdentiKey, Internet connectivity, telephone service, and other technology-related questions and issues.
