Issue Resolved: 11:45 am

OIT has rebooted one of the two boarder routers (TCOM) and all services appears to be performing normally.

 

Issue Reported: 9:55 am

OIT has received reports from campus users experiencing problems accessing on- and off-campus websites (mycuinfo, www.colorado.edu etc.) and is currently troubleshooting the problem. At this time the performance issues are intermittent. Note: while the issue was first reported at 9:55 am, OIT received automatic notification from their monitoring systems and from clients that some on-campus web pages, Email access, and VPN access were unavailable from both on-campus and off-campus locations.
